Sofapaka coach Ken Odhiambo believes the team still has a chance to win the Football Kenya Federation Premier League title despite a slow start.

The club is currently placed 11th on the log after collecting 19 points from 15 outings so far.

However, Odhiambo is not worried about their bad form in the first leg and believes they can still catch up with the leaders.

“If you look at the difference between us and the top team, it is only four matches. This is not a big gap and anything is possible,” he said.

Odhiambo said his focus is to collect maximum points in up-coming matches starting with Wazito on Sunday.

“Our focus is to try and do well in each game that is coming up. We are not looking at the remaining matches but rather taking it one fixture at a time. If we can collect maximum points, we will be somewhere good on the log.”

Odhiambo further said he was enjoying his transition in Nairobi after being away for more than five years.

“Making the transition is a process. The weather is totally different after having come from Mombasa which is very hot and humid. But iam getting used to it.”
