Sofapaka captain Michael Kibwage believes the team will bounce back against his former club KCB when the two sides clash on Saturday.
The team suffered back to back losses against Nairobi City Stars and Gor Mahia leaving them limping.
“In football, there is always pressure to perform more so in a big club as Sofapaka. Currently, we are in our worst days and as a playing unit, we are feeling the pressure to avert the bad results we’ve had. Such moments are always normal in football and it’s only a matter of time before we get back to better days.”
“We have been trying to register wins in our matches unfortunately we have been having an off and on results. This has largely contributed to our Inconsistency and lack of confidence.”
“We are facing yet another tough fixture against Kenya Commercial Bank(KCB) on Saturday, they are a good team and currently on good form. We respect them but we desperately need a win and this an opportunity to make a statement.”
