Posta Rangers have released six players after the just concluded season.

The mailmen finished in position 13th after collecting 32 points which was not very impressive for a team that is used to doing well.

Those released include Ezekiel Okare, Alex Luganji, Clinton Kisiavuki, Samuel Kapen and Evans Maliachi.

Despite being largely safe from relegation throughout the season,it was not a campaign to write home about given the higher finishes the club gained in the 2015 and 2016 season.

The club posted the most draws, fifteen in total proving they were a hard nut to crack and also got important victories against top two clubs Tusker and KCB.

“We have agreed to part ways with the six players on mutual consent and we wish them luck as they pursue other interests,” said Posta Rangers chairman Joseph Tonui in a statement.
