BetKing Premier League outfit Nzoia Sugar FC are on the lookout for a new head coach to take charge of the team ahead of the upcoming 2020/21 campaign.
Interested candidates should have at least CAF C certification according to club chairman Evans Kadenge who also confirmed that candidates with four or more years of experience of working in the topflight will have an added advantage.
“The club is planning to recruit a qualified head coach to take charge of the team as we prepare to compete in the upcoming league,” Kadenge is quoted as saying in the People Daily.
“The coach that we intend to hire must have a Class C certification and must also be fluent in English and Kiswahili as well as have experience of more than four years in the Kenyan Premier League.”
Nzoia are currently under the tutelage of one Sylvester Mulukurwa who was appointed at the tail-end of the previous season to replace Collins Korea Omondi.
Mulukurwa, who previously served at the club as a keeper trainer, is expected to deputize the incoming coach as he is yet to attain the required documentations.
The Bungoma based side have in the meantime hit the transfer market, brining onboard Bandari FC trio of Moses Mudavadi, Cliff Kasuti and Mustapha Oduor as well as a couple of youthful players.
