Poor finishing however characterized the team’s first half in front of goal as they failed to utilize their chances.

Just two minutes into the second half, Mudenyu, who had been entrusted with a rare starting berth, instinctively struck the first goal of the game after a poor clearance from Bandari allowed him to latch onto the ball and find his first career goal for Leopards.
With the win, Ingwe cemented their position in third as they took their points tally to 43 while Bandari, who are now without a win in three games, dropped one place to eighth on 33 points.
