Tusker play Sofapaka in round 31 of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKF-PL) match at Ruaraka ground hoping to revive their title hopes.

The brewers face a tough task against their opponents as they seek to bounce back to winning ways and keep their title hopes alive.

Coming from back-to-back losses to Nairobi City Stars and Mombasa-based side Bandari , the Brewers will have to deal with the unpredictable BatotoBaMungu side who equally want to finish the season on some respectable position have had a torrid campaign so far.

Robert Matano’s men are two points off the league summit and with their arch-rivals KCB taking on Gor Mahia tomorrow, a win for the Ruaraka based team will have them back at the top of the table.

However, they take on a Sofapaka side who have had a torrid season failing to perform as per expectations.

They are four places off from the relegation and want to finish in some good position when the league finally concludes.

Tactician Ken Odhiambo will be facing the Brewers for the third time this season and will be looking towards making it five points in total with a win today.  In the reverse fixture in his first match in charge of Sofapaka, the two teams shared the spoils in an entertaining game.

Coach Robert Matano will be hopeful the return of Bonface Muchuri and Henry Meja will boost their attack upfront which seems to have been blunt since the duo left for Harambee Stars duty a fortnight ago.
