After failing in their bid to win the Betway Cup, Bidco United will turn their attention on the Betking Premier League (BPL) front hoping for a respectable finish that should mark an incredible season.
On Friday, they host Vihiga United hoping for their first win at home as they seek to get back to winning ways.
Bidco managed a slim 1-0 win over their opponents in the reverse fixture and will hope to pile more misery for their relegation threatened visitors.
They only have one win in the last six games and are themselves not as safe, needing to pick up victories to avoid being in a relegation battle as the league progresses.
The visitors managed to beat Nzoia at their own backyard, the first side to do so while completing the double over them. It was the first victory for coach Mike Mururi and will hope to pick up a win before they face last place Mathare United in their last game of the month.
Vihiga sat out while the rest of the teams played last weekend after the government imposed new measures to contain the covid-19 and will hope this has not affected their match fitness levels.
